Itinerary

Day 1: ¡Bienvendios a México! Plan to arrive in Guadalajara and check in to our boutique city center hotel! After you get settled, explore the city or relax at the hotel before our welcome dinner at one of Guadalajara’s best restaurants featured on The World’s 50 Best Discovery!

Day 2: Tequila anyone? Today we’re getting on the Jose Cuervo Express Train to Tequila, Mexico! We’ll get to enjoy a tequila tasting on the train and the scenic views of Mexico!

Once we’re in Tequila, Mexico, we’ll visit the distillery, agave fields, and enjoy a show in the town! The fun doesn’t stop here! Tonight we’ll get to experience one of the most unique hotels in Mexico and stay in GIANT aging tequila barrels that have been converted into hotel rooms. Tonight we’ll enjoy dinner at the tavern restaurant that is 50ft underground! We will be sharing hotel rooms at the barrel hotel (2 people per room). Day 3: This morning we’ll have breakfast at the barrel hotel then take our private transportation back to Guadalajara. Once we arrive, the rest of the day is yours to enjoy the local markets, museums, food, or relax at the hotel!

Day 4: We made it to the last day! After breakfast we’ll head to the airport with tequila filled memories and a new HBCU fam!
