Who is this trip for?

This trip is for seniors from any HBCU!

Note: You can be a summer or winter grad to attend this trip.

What’s Included?

The trip is all inclusive! We’ll be staying at Hotel RIU Latino in Cancún, Mexico!

Includes: Hotel rooms, All Meals & Alcohol, Roundtrip Airport Transportation, Yacht Excursion, Color Party and Service Organization Donations!

Hotel Amenities: Beach Front, 5 Swimming Pools, Swim Up Bars, Water Slides, 5 Restaurants, Bars, Night Club, Sports Activities, Gym, and Spa!

Excludes: Flights are NOT included. Guests are responsible for purchasing their own flights. Please book arriving and departing flights from Aeropuerto Internacional de Cancún (CUN). Please do not purchase airfare until you have received a confirmation for your deposit payment.

How much does it cost?

The total is $995 + the processing fee. Payments can be made in full or in monthly payments. Click on the button below to view the payment options and to book your spot!

What is the room set up?

All rooms are double occupancy. There are 2 double beds and 1 bathroom in each room. Each guest will have a roommate. You can list the name of your roommate preference in the registration questions when booking. If you do not have a roommate preference, we will pair you with another person on the trip.

Can I have my own room?

Yes! There is a single occupancy option where you will have your own room and bathroom.

When do I arrive and depart?

Arrival: Airport pick ups start at 10am on Wednesday, May 29th and will run until every traveler has been picked up. Hotel check in is at 3pm. If you arrive before check in you will be able to store your bags and enjoy the resort until your room is ready!

Departure: Airport drop offs will start as early as needed on Saturday, June 1st and will run until hotel check out at 11am. If you have a much later flight and would not like to wait at the airport, we can help you arrange a later airport transfer time at an additional cost.

What about my flight?

Flights are NOT included in the trip cost. Guests are responsible for booking their own flight. Please book arriving and departing flights from Aeropuerto Internacional de Cancún (CUN). Please do not purchase airfare until you have received a confirmation for your deposit payment.

Can I book as a group?

For group bookings 10 people or more, please contact us for a group rate.

Do I need any vaccinations?

There are no vaccinations required for this trip.

Do I need a passport?

YES, a passport is required for entry into Mexico.

What about travel insurance?

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance in the event that you are unable to attend the trip. You can compare options and purchase travel insurance here.

Can I get a refund if I need to cancel?

This trip is non-refundable. Once the deposit is made we will be unable to return any funds. If you are unable to attend the trip after starting your payments, we can stop your payment plan and you can use the funds that have already been paid toward this trip on a future En Root Travel trip within a year.
