Day 1: Welcome to the Bahamas! Plan to arrive between 3pm-6pm and enjoy some down time at the ocean front villa! We’ll be going to a nice dinner tonight to kick off the trip and enjoy some Bahamian cuisine! Attire is dress to impress.

Day 2: Today is our beach day! We’ll start the day off with breakfast at a Black owned cafe and then head back to the villa for a party by the pool and the beach since there is only 30ft in between them! After our day by the water we’ll enjoy a three course meal prepared by Chef Perry, the owner of the Black owned business, Simply Dine!

Day 3: Today is our island tour! We’ll see some popular sights with our private driver in Nassau, including the Queen’s Staircase! Later tonight we’ll get to be a part of the Bahamas People to People program where we spend time with local Bahamians who will share their stories and culture with us!

Day 4: It’s time for the yacht party! We’ve got good music, good drinks, good food, and good vibes as we sail around the island and swim with the turtles at Green Cay! We’ll end the night back at the villa with a gourmet three course surf & turf dinner prepared by Chef Perry!

Day 5: We made it to the last day! We’ll make our way to the airport with unforgettable memories and connections! The trip may be over but you’ll return back relaxed and rejuvenated with a new HBCU family!
